This interactive workshop provides an opportunity for allows owner managers, directors, team leaders and line managers to explore the challenges they face when managing their people. They will share these challenges and learn some relevant and practical solutions from each other, in a safe, energising and fun environment. They will come away with a kit bag of tips and techniques to practice in the workplace, giving them happiness and fulfilment in their role.
