A Growth Support Programme free networking event for small to medium enterprises.
The event will run from 9.30am - 4pm and lunch will be provided.
The programme of events will run as follows:-
9.30am - 12.30pm. Kate Dodson from Cosmic will be discussing the tools you need to help you to work anywhere, anytime. Looking at how online tools can improve flexible working, helping businesses to work more efficiently and save time and money.
12.30pm - 1.30pm. Lunch and Networking
1.30pm - 2.30pm. Peter Male from Pro-Business Accountants will discuss some of the pitfalls that might trap new and developing businesses. He will outline dealing with the Inland Revenue, and differences between the different business structures such as sole trader, partnership and Limited Company. Peter will also cover the 'Making Tax Digital' initiative which is due to come into effect from April 2019.
2.30pm - 3.30pm. Chris Kimmins from CETSAT will be discussing cyber security.
3.30pm - 4.00pm: Fiona Marlow from Somerset Ladies in Business will be speaking about the positive effects of networking.
